We have combined decades of experience fixing computers, and anything else electrical. We charge a $60 diagnostic fee to determine the cause of any problem, but once we fix it we will credit back that diagnostic fee to the cost of the repair. Posted the referral on home advisor and received a call from prism within minutes, staff was professional and courteous and provided options of costs with little and vast damage to the tv. Delivered the tv the next day to their office and had the repaired tv ready for pickup by close of business that day. Luckily for me the damage was not extensive and parts were available. Would recommend this company for electronics repairs
